Basic Service Menu

welcome to the basic Service Menu! This menu is designed for people who have standard services that can be priced simply and or a la carte. Basic services include things like grey retouches, all over color, simple highlights, glosses, and haircuts. They are priced reliably and consistently in accordance with density and length.

Terms to be familiar with

Fine/thinning: refers to quantity, also called density. Density is used to define how much hair is on your head. The individual hairs may be fine or thick, but if they are sparse in quantity, you are considered low density, and for the sake of this menu "fine and thinning" Many people have fine strands of hair, but lots of it, and are NOT priced in the fine and thinning category.

Gloss: (sometimes referred to as toner) This is a demi permanent color that is used to darken, balance, or neutralize tones in the hair. It can also be formulated without pigment to seal the cuticle and add shine. Glosses are almost always necessary after any lightening service and is included in the price of a highlight.
